Sisters IRLcreates live experiences that bring young women & girls into the room with the women they look up to across business, sports, STEM, media, entertainment, and the arts.

Close enough to ask.

At Sisters IRL, the woman you look up to, the girl you should know next, and the questions you’ve always wanted to ask are all brought into the same room. Through live conversations and experiences built around the questions girls actually want answered, audiences get access to the stories & insights that rarely make it onto a stage, and leave with ideas & advice they can carry into their own lives.

Before Sisters had a name, Nia & Justice were already building rooms like these.

For years, the sisters have created live experiences for women and girls across culture, business, sports, media, entertainment, and the arts.

Sisters IRL grows from those rooms, with the same belief at the center: access to the women who have accomplished your goals changes what you can picture for yourself.
